Haunted Houses

One thing I firmly believe in is haunted houses. I've known so many people that have experienced living in haunted houses at one time or anouther. There was a house in my neighborhood when I was a child that was always thought to be haunted. The house was the last on an alley so that there was an alley that ran behind it and along side of it. A huge unkept yard and an old stone wall gave the house a spooky look to begin with even outside. I personally only once saw lights go on and then off in the basement of the house. But many friends back then said to have seen lots of light activity and heard sounds or crashing glass from inside the house. I'd really like to hear from anyone that has any stories to tell about haunted houses. So please click on the comment at the bottom of this blog and post your tale.

Hello my name is noah beeson
I am fifteen years old
I live in alamogordo New Mexico
My house is haunted Like really bad
I know this because I have seen
full bodied apparitions in the house I have also heard strange sounds seeming to come from everywhere in the house
noises like things crashing to the floor that sound like glass and metal my tv comes on by itself and it always goes to the chiller channel i have been shoved in my bedroom where most of the activity seems to take place i have felt my sleeve getting tugged in the garage
and in the kitchen a knife flew out
of the block straight at my face.
if it is as bad as mine i would say do not go and investigate it
please if you do your life may be at risk.....

Ghost on Staircase

Rev. Ralph Hardy, a retired clergyman from White Rock, British Columbia, took this now famous photograph in 1966. He intended merely to photograph the elegant spiral staircase (known as the "Tulip Staircase") in the Queen's House section of the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, England. Upon development, however, the photo revealed a shrouded figure climbing the stairs, seeming to hold the railing with both hands. Experts, including some from Kodak, who examined the original negative concluded that it had not been tampered with. It's been said that unexplained figures have been seen on occasion in the vicinity of the staircase, and unexplained footsteps have also been heard.

The 16th Century Hampton Court palace in south-west London is well known for alleged supernatural activity, but nothing suspicious has been caught on film before. Henry VIII lived here. However, in October 2003, this curious image was caught on the palace's video-security system. On several occasions security guards were alerted to an open fire door in an exhibition area of the palace. After securing the door each time, they returned to their office to view the footage to see who had opened them.On the first occasion the footage showed the doors flying wide open, but no evidence of why they had.On the second, the guards were stunned when a ghostly figure in period dress suddenly appeared on the screen and closed the doors. The same thing happened on a third day, but again no figure appeared.
